Smiler is revolutionizing the photography industry by seamlessly integrating professional photography services into tourism experiences. We partner with tour operators, bus tours, and other experience providers to offer high-quality photography services to their customers. Our mission is to create memorable experiences while driving revenue and engagement for our partners.

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. This role will focus on managing and growing relationships with our key accounts, including tour operators, bus tours, and similar partners. As the Account Manager, you will take over from the Sales team once a deal is signed, ensuring smooth onboarding, activation, and ongoing performance management.

You will be responsible for setting up new accounts, ensuring partners are successfully onboarded, and working closely with internal teams to maximize engagement and optimize performance. Your ultimate goal will be to maintain strong relationships, track key metrics, and ensure that KPIs are met to drive success for both Smiler and our partners.

Job requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding & Activation:

    • Own the onboarding process for new partners, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to account management.

    • Finalize contract signature and gather necessary operational details from partners.

    • Set up partner accounts and ensure all systems and processes are in place for a successful launch.

    • Collaborate with internal teams, including Activation & Engagement Specialists, to ensure smooth execution.

  • Account Management & Performance Tracking:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, fostering strong relationships.

    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track performance metrics to ensure goals are met.

    • Work closely with partners to optimize performance, providing recommendations and solutions to maximize engagement and revenue.

    • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any issues, ensuring continued success and satisfaction.

  • Stakeholder Management & Communication:

    • Act as a bridge between partners and internal teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.

    • Collaborate with the Activation & Engagement Specialists, who manage photographers on the ground.

    • Provide partners with regular reports, insights, and updates to align on goals and expectations.

  • Growth & Retention:

    • Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion within existing partnerships.

    • Proactively address potential challenges to ensure long-term success and retention.

    • Develop and execute strategies to enhance partner satisfaction and loyalty.

Who You Are:

  • 2+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or a related role, preferably in a B2B or service-based industry.

  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Data-driven mindset, with experience tracking and analyzing KPIs.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, operations, and customer support teams.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing company with evolving priorities.
