The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Business Development Representative who is confident on the phone and thrives in high-volume outbound environments — but leads with curiosity, not scripts.

This role is primarily cold calling, but success here depends on a consultative approach: understanding a prospect’s business, identifying pain points, and setting up high-quality discovery conversations for senior sales leaders.

What You’ll Do

  • Own outbound prospecting via cold calls (primary), email, and LinkedIn

  • Engage decision-makers with thoughtful, business-focused conversations

  • Qualify leads using a consultative, problem-solving approach

  • Book high-quality meetings with qualified prospects

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking

  • Collaborate closely with sales and partnerships teams to refine messaging

  • Continuously improve call scripts, objection handling, and outreach strategy

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience as a BDR or SDR, with significant cold-calling exposure

  • Exceptional spoken English with a clear North American accent

  • Strong consultative selling skills — you ask great questions and actually listen

  • Comfortable speaking with founders, operators, and senior stakeholders

  • Resilient, self-motivated, and consistent in outbound activity

  • Experience selling B2B services, platforms, or marketplaces is a plus

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) preferred

What Success Looks Like

  • Consistently hitting or exceeding qualified meeting targets

  • High show-up and conversion rates from booked meetings

  • Positive feedback from prospects on call quality and relevance

  • Tight alignment within department and cross-functionally
