Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Outbound B2B Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for cold-calling potential business partners in English and introducing them to our professional photography services. Your goal will be to engage decision-makers, set up introductory meetings, and contribute to our business growth.
As a full-time remote role, you will have the flexibility to work from home while being part of a global, dynamic, and results-oriented team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to B2B prospects from a provided list of contacts.
- Effectively pitch and communicate the benefits of our services.
- Navigate gatekeepers to connect with key decision-makers within target companies.
- Set up introductory meetings between potential clients and the Director.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-up actions using CRM software.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine and optimize call scripts and outreach strategies.
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly targets for calls made and appointments scheduled.
The OTE salary for this position is between €1200 and €1500.
Job requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of outbound B2B sales experience.
- Bilingual fluency in English with a clear, neutral accent (American or British preferred) is required.
- Proven ability to overcome objections, get past gatekeepers, and reach decision-makers.
- Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport and handle difficult conversations professionally.
- Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills, especially in a remote work setting.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage outreach and track results.
