Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Outbound B2B Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for cold-calling potential business partners in English and introducing them to our professional photography services. Your goal will be to engage decision-makers, set up introductory meetings, and contribute to our business growth.

As a full-time remote role, you will have the flexibility to work from home while being part of a global, dynamic, and results-oriented team.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to B2B prospects from a provided list of contacts.
  • Effectively pitch and communicate the benefits of our services.
  • Navigate gatekeepers to connect with key decision-makers within target companies.
  • Set up introductory meetings between potential clients and the Director.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-up actions using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine and optimize call scripts and outreach strategies.
  • Meet and exceed daily/weekly targets for calls made and appointments scheduled.

The OTE salary for this position is between €1200 and €1500.

Job requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of outbound B2B sales experience.
  • Bilingual fluency in English with a clear, neutral accent (American or British preferred) is required.
  • Proven ability to overcome objections, get past gatekeepers, and reach decision-makers.
  • Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and handle difficult conversations professionally.
  • Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills, especially in a remote work setting.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage outreach and track results.
