The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for optimizing and expanding our growth through digital advertising. You will be in charge of the planning and execution of our paid channels strategy. We encourage you to try out new initiatives, concepts, and ideas. You will be the key factor in the worldwide growth of Smiler.
As part of Smiler’s Marcom team, you will support the recruitment of new, qualified photographers and enable them to sign-up in a smooth and optimized way to grow our photographer base. Last, but not least, you’ll help us to optimize current, and launch new, outreach channels: e.g. running (social) advertising campaigns, organizing meetups in active cities, setting up affiliated partnerships with experts in the field, influencers and B2B, overseeing member get member programs and managing listings on job boards.
On a day to day basis you will:
Set the direction and strategy for our paid channels
Develop, optimize and scale Google Ads and other SEM channels
Implement and optimize Facebook and Instagram Ads
Perform tests on various platforms like LinkedIn, TikTok and Twitter
Create and optimize landing pages (MarCom Team will assist with this)
Work together with our content marketers and designers to create high-impact creative assets, carry out A/B tests and deliver performance learnings
Identify advertising opportunities and test new growth opportunities
Manage the paid channel budget and deliver on CAC goals
Analyze data and measure campaign effectiveness, present weekly reports
We look for a team player with an analytical and strategic approach to marketing, who are passionate about contributing to the growth of Smiler.
+3 years of hands-on experience in developing and executing (paid) marketing acquisition campaigns
Know advertising channels and dashboards (e.g. Facebook and Instagram) from the inside out
A strong drive and structure in your work
A data-driven and analytical approach
Experience using Google Analytics and other performance reporting tools
Comfortable managing budgets
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (other languages is a plus!)
